Our Purpose
Mission, Vision & Philosophy
Mission & Vision
Produce more, with less — and protect what feeds the world.
Our Mission
To help farmers grow stronger crops, restore soil vitality, reduce chemical dependency and use water with maximum efficiency — without compromising yield, quality or profitability.
Agriculture doesn't need more chemicals.
It needs smarter systems.
Our Vision
To become one of the world's leading forces in sustainable, high-efficiency agriculture — where farmers no longer choose between productivity and sustainability, and healthy soil becomes the foundation of food security.
A future where water is protected and plants are naturally stronger.
Nature is not replaced — it is activated. Science does not fight the soil — it unlocks its potential.
Our Philosophy
Prevent,
don't
react.
MNG rests on one principle: restore balance, and the system grows stronger by itself. Healthy crops begin with healthy soil — minerals, structure, biology and water in harmony.
We replenish what intensive farming removes and activate the natural strength of the whole system: soil, soil microflora and mesofauna, seeds, roots and plants.
We don't fight nature harder — we understand it better: strengthening the plant before stress appears, not rescuing it after. Proactive agronomy, not rescue treatment.

Positioning
MNG is the high-efficiency farming system for soils that work, water that lasts, and yields that hold.
We engineer mineral-based products that reduce conventional fertiliser dependency by 30–50%, cut irrigation demand by up to 60%, restore soil biology, and protect yield across climate zones. Our products are mineral-based, mechanically processed, and engineered at the particle level. We are independent of natural-gas feedstocks. We do not compete on tonnage — we compete on efficiency per hectare.
Corporate Parentage
Manaseer Group
MNG is operated by Manaseer Trade House L.L.C, under the Manaseer Group — a diversified Jordanian industrial group with deep roots in mining, minerals, and manufacturing. The Group's industrial capability — mineral sourcing, mechanical processing, and manufacturing infrastructure — is the production backbone of the MNG system.

Viktor Sukau
Founder
Founder & Developer of the MNG High Efficiency Farming System Entrepreneur and agricultural innovator focused on advancing high-efficiency farming through integrated soil, water and plant management. As the founder of MNG, Viktor Sukau developed the strategic framework behind the MNG High Efficiency Farming System—designed to improve resource efficiency, reduce conventional inputs, restore soil functionality and strengthen agricultural resilience across diverse crops.
Dr. Anastasia Vasilkovskaya
Director of Research & Development
Leads the scientific development and validation of the MNG High Efficiency Farming System. Her work integrates soil science, plant physiology, nutrient-efficiency research, while directing product development, field-trial methodology, data analysis and scientific documentation.
Our Evolution
Two decades. One vision.
From a family farming philosophy in Germany to FAO recognition in Rome — the story of how natural mineral science became a global agricultural system.
Foundation of Natural Green Germany
Natural Green Germany was established by Viktor Sukau and Partner, inspired by his family's farming traditions and the mineral-based agricultural philosophy described in Dr. Julius Hensel's 1894 book Bread from Stones. The company was built around a clear vision: to develop natural mineral-based fertilizer technologies that improve crop performance, strengthen plant health, and reduce dependency on conventional chemical inputs.
First Product Development & Field Validation
Viktor Sukau and his team began industrial production testing, formulation work, and practical field validation. The flagship product Natural Green Classic was developed and introduced into agricultural trials. Early results showed visible improvements in plant vitality, crop development, yield formation, and product quality — creating the technical foundation for a new category of natural mineral-based foliar nutrition.
International Expansion & Practical Proof
The technology moved from early testing into broader international field application, expanding beyond Germany and Europe into the Philippines and other markets. The products demonstrated value not only in crop yield and quality, but also in plant health, disease resistance, soil condition, and water-use efficiency — confirming this was a broader plant-performance and soil-efficiency system, not simply a fertilizer product.
Validation Across Crops, Soils & Climates
Building on results since 2004, Natural Green Germany entered a stronger validation and scale-up phase. Field experience across diverse crops, soil types, and climates confirmed that the mineral-based foliar system could improve nutrient efficiency, plant metabolism, stress tolerance, and overall crop performance under commercial farming conditions — establishing credibility and scalability across international markets.
Development of JAM Technology & European Growth
JAM Technology was developed, tested, and refined as a key technological foundation of the Natural Green product system, improving the performance and efficiency of mineral-based nutrients in foliar and soil applications. Field experience confirmed yield increases of 15% to 35%. The company expanded commercially across Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Romania, Croatia, Poland, and Greece.
Structured Foliar Product Portfolio
A complete foliar product portfolio was created to address different crop requirements: Classic Plus, Mg12, Boron, and Fe20. This marked an important transition from a single-product approach into a structured crop nutrition system designed to improve nutrient efficiency, plant metabolism, stress tolerance, crop quality, and agricultural performance — enabling precise application according to crop stage, deficiency risk, and production targets.
Soil, Water & Root-Zone Technology Development
Viktor Sukau expanded development toward soil moisture management and root-zone efficiency. This led to the refinement of AquaSave, a soil conditioner designed to retain and regulate water availability in the root zone. Simultaneously, Viktor Sukau and Anastasiia Vasilkovskaya developed granulated soil fertilizers and conditioners, expanding the platform beyond foliar nutrition into a broader system for soil structure, water efficiency, and root-zone performance.
Creation of an Integrated Agricultural Efficiency System
By early 2022, the product platform had evolved into an integrated system combining foliar nutrition, soil conditioning, mineral-based nutrient efficiency, and water-saving technology. Positioned no longer as a conventional fertilizer line, but as a complete agricultural efficiency platform designed to reduce chemical input dependency, improve soil health, increase nutrient uptake, and support higher farmer profitability.
Establishment of MNG
MNG was established as a joint venture between Viktor Sukau and the Manaseer Group. The partnership combined the industrial manufacturing strength of the Manaseer Industrial Complex with Viktor Sukau's long-term expertise in agricultural innovation, mineral-based product development, and international market strategy — transforming the technology into a scalable industrial agricultural system for global markets.
FAO Recognition in Rome
MNG received recognition at the FAO Headquarters in Rome, marking an important institutional milestone. This strengthened MNG's international credibility and positioned the system within the global discussion on sustainable agriculture, soil restoration, fertilizer efficiency, water-saving technologies, and climate resilience — confirming the relevance of MNG's approach in addressing soil degradation, water scarcity, and the need for more sustainable production systems.
MNG as a Global Agricultural Efficiency Platform
MNG has evolved from the original Natural Green Germany technology foundation into a full agricultural efficiency platform — reducing chemical input dependency, improving soil health, increasing nutrient efficiency, saving water, and supporting higher farmer profitability through natural mineral-based technologies. From Germany in 2004, to the Manaseer Group partnership in 2022, to FAO recognition in Rome in 2025: a scalable solution for the future of sustainable agriculture.
The work continues.
