The Problem

Why efficiency replaces volume

Conventional fertilisers — whether nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium blends or complex compounds — lose 40–70% of their active content to soil lock-up, leaching, or volatilisation before a plant root can access them.

Jet-stream Activation and Micronisation

The JAM process combines three mechanisms: (1) mechanical micronisation to 3-micron particle size; (2) mineral activation through controlled charge stabilisation; and (3) humic-fulvic integration at precise ratios.

3-Micron Technology

The threshold for direct absorption

At 3 microns, MNG particles cross the threshold for direct metabolic uptake — bypassing the conventional dissolve-transport-compete pathway that governs standard fertilisers.

Why MNG particles adhere and penetrate

Plant leaf surfaces carry a natural negative charge — a barrier that repels most foliar sprays. MNG engineers particle charge to match and penetrate this barrier.

Humic vs Fulvic

Soil-side and plant-side logic

Humic acids operate at soil level — building aggregate structure, stimulating microbial networks, increasing water retention. Fulvic acids operate at plant level — carrying chelated micronutrients directly into the plant's metabolic stream.

Strategic decoupling from natural-gas markets

MNG products are mineral-based and mechanically processed. The input is raw mineral; the process is mechanical; the cost base is not linked to gas price volatility.

3-Micron Particle Size

MNG products are micronised to approximately three microns. Per unit of mass, a 3-micron particle exposes ten times the surface area of a 30-micron particle.

Zeta Potential Engineering

The JAM Process engineers the zeta potential of every MNG particle to a precisely tuned target window, dramatically reducing repulsion at the leaf surface.

Humic / Fulvic Precision Ratios

Humic acid works in the soil; fulvic acid works inside the plant. MNG applies each in the correct location at calibrated ratios.

Gas Independence

MNG products are mineral-based and mechanically processed. None of these operations are gas-dependent.
