Product Overview

What PRILL CaMgS does

MNG PRILL CaMgS is a natural granular soil conditioner designed to support soil health and crop productivity across a wide range of soil types and crops. The formulation combines calcium, magnesium, silicon and iron within a mineral-based soil-conditioning system. Its granular form is designed for professional soil application and supports balanced mineral nutrition, root-zone function and crop development. Suitable for all soil types and integration into crop-specific soil-fertility programmes.

Key Benefits

Why it earns its place in the programme

Root development & nutrient access

Balanced mineral nutrition supports root development and helps crops access nutrients more effectively.

Calcium support

Calcium contributes to plant structure and root-zone mineral nutrition.

Magnesium support

Magnesium plays a central role in chlorophyll-related processes and crop metabolism.

Silicon support

Silicon forms part of the mineral matrix and contributes to plant structural support and resilience.

Moisture & soil-function support

The granular soil-conditioning system is designed to support soil structure, moisture retention and root-zone performance.

Calcium · structural mineral support

Contributes to tissue structure, supports active root and crop development and is a major component of the mineral formulation.

Magnesium · chlorophyll & metabolic support

Central component of chlorophyll; supports photosynthesis, enzyme activation and crop metabolism.

Silicon · soil & plant structural support

Contributes to the mineral soil matrix, supports plant structural integrity and complements calcium and magnesium nutrition.

Iron · metabolic support

Contributes to enzyme systems and chlorophyll-related metabolism; supports active crop development.

Support the root-zone environment

Designed to contribute to improved soil conditions, moisture retention and root-zone function.

Fertiliser-efficiency support

Supports up to 30% reduction in additional mineral fertiliser input*, subject to crop demand, soil analysis, nutrient status and the complete fertiliser programme.

SOIL APPLICATION ONLY. Compatible with standard agricultural application equipment.

Flexible application timing

Selection: Match rate and timing to crop, soil type and analysis, nutrient status, crop demand, irrigation strategy and fertiliser programme. The midpoint is a range reference, not a universal recommended rate. Select the final rate according to crop and soil conditions and the approved MNG programme. 1 ASSESS THE SOIL · Review soil type, pH, nutrients, moisture and salinity where relevant. 2 ASSESS THE CROP · Review crop demand and production target. 3 SELECT THE RATE · Use 80–180 kg/ha according to crop requirement. 4 CALIBRATE EQUIPMENT · Ensure accurate, uniform granule distribution. 5 APPLY TO SOIL · Use suitable agricultural soil-application equipment. 6 POSITION FOR ROOT ACCESS · Where appropriate, distribute or incorporate within the active root-zone layer. 7 INTEGRATE NUTRIENTS · Use PRILL CaMgS within a crop-specific fertility strategy. 8 MONITOR RESPONSE · Assess roots, crop vigour, soil condition, nutrient response, yield and quality to refine future programmes. Match application rate, timing and placement to soil type, crop demand, nutrient status and production objective. Integrate PRILL CaMgS into the complete MNG Soil · Water · Plant programme. Technical characteristics

  • 100% natural
  • Swiss-developed
  • 10-year shelf life
  • Omri listed
  • For all soil types.
  • Rich in silica.
  • For professional agriculture
  • Grey-red granules · 2–5 mm
  • Jam activation & micronisation
  • MNG JAM technology uses intensive physical processing and micronisation to reduce mineral raw material to approximately 65 µm before granulation. The processed fraction is formed into practical 2–5 mm granules for professional soil application, combining increased mineral surface area with the handling advantages of a granular product.
