A follow-up to the August 2026 Jordan pilot: corn developing under one integrated MNG programme — soil, water and foliar nutrition managed as a single system, with 40% lower irrigation water use.

Jordan — September 2026. A follow-up to our August 2026 Jordan pilot, where rice and corn first grew successfully under a single MNG system.

In this follow-up trial, corn is developing under a complete MNG programme — without a conventional chemical fertiliser or pesticide programme in the MNG treatment.

One Integrated MNG Programme — From Soil to Foliar

What happens when corn nutrition is managed as one connected Soil · Water · Plant system?

The approach integrates five MNG technologies, each with a defined agronomic role:

  • CaMgS — soil conditioning and mineral balance
  • BioRock-P — mineral phosphorus source
  • PhosActiv — supporting phosphorus mobilisation and availability
  • AquaSave — root-zone moisture management
  • AminoTreat — targeted foliar support during crop development

The strategy starts below ground.

First, support the root-zone environment.

Then manage moisture and nutrient availability.

Finally, complement the soil programme with targeted foliar nutrition as the crop develops.

Water: Doing More With Less

Irrigation water use was reported to be 40% lower than the conventional control.

Irrigation was applied every four days for approximately 10 minutes per event — a fraction of conventional water demand, enabled by AquaSave root-zone moisture management.

Field Observations

Field observations show a well-established, green and vigorous corn stand with substantial vegetative development under the MNG programme.
